“WORKSHOP ON STRESS MANAGEMENT AND POWER HABITS”
Masters in business administration (MBA) department of Northern India Engineering College organized a workshop on “Stress Management and power habits” on 25th April 2017 in the college auditorium.
The importance of this workshop in education supports teaching and learning, enhancement of student and teacher capabilities and adaptation of holistic approach and decision making.
Now-a-days stress is affecting every single individual irrespective of their age and gender which is due to either unhealthy social relationships or workload and poor thinking process. Stress management programs are needed in this critical scenario to overcome stress.
The event commenced with the felicitation of the esteemed Guests by CEO Shri. S.N. Garg and Director, Prof. (Dr.) G.P. Govil, in the presence of the Head of the MBA Department, Dr. Divya Gangwar and faculty members of various Department.
The key speakers Mr. Kumar Chenani and Ms. Suman Kohli were from VOICE NGO “Rekindling Wisdom, reviving Love”. They guided the audience about the techniques which can be used to manage stress and live a happy life.

There was also an interactive session with the speakers where in the audience showed positive response. The workshop was very informative and interactive and it ended with vote of thanks to the speakers.
